Our Ruby chefs
Meet Delvon, Ruby Chef
I started working at The Village of Tansley Woods in 2014 as a Personal Worker while studying to become a chef. After graduating, I joined the team in the kitchen in 2018 and I’m now proud to be a co-chef in The Ruby at Tansley Woods. As a child in Jamaica, I started cooking with my Grandma and she taught me everything I know. When I’m cooking in my element, I remember those younger days with happiness. I look forward to seeing The Ruby grow and I’m so glad I have the opportunity to be a part of this fabulous team.

I’m honoured to continue these efforts as the co-chef in The Ruby at Tansley Woods, where I offer my skills in menu creation, cooking demonstrations, or facilitating special functions to our residents and their friends and families. I look forward to serving you at our Ruby.
